Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
However, for live plants this right may be limited, as they are goods that are perishable or subject to natural changes due to their nature.
The following are not considered defects:
- natural variations in appearance,
- temporary stress caused by transport,
- changes occurring after delivery (e.g. due to light, watering, temperature).
Withdrawal is therefore not possible in cases where:
- the plant has been used, repotted, or otherwise handled beyond normal inspection,
- the condition of the plant has deteriorated due to its natural development or improper care after delivery.

You must send us a clear statement (e.g. email or letter) about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
You can also submit your withdrawal online at:

If you do so, we will confirm receipt of your request without delay.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your request before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery option).
Refunds will be made within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request.
We will use the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until:
- we receive the goods back, or
- you provide proof of return
(whichever occurs first)
Return of Goods
You must return the goods within 14 days from the day you inform us of withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
👉 Return costs:
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
Important: Live Plants 🌱
Due to the nature of our products:
- Plants are living organisms and may naturally change over time.
- Minor variations in size, color, or shape are not defects.
- Temporary stress from shipping is not considered damage.
👉 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods that are perishable (including live plants),
- goods that deteriorate quickly,
- goods made to the customer’s specifications
This is in accordance with EU consumer law.
