We use carefully tested packaging with double protection. Each box has passed drop tests from 1 meter and transport vibration tests to ensure everything arrives safe and intact.
What about plant quality?
All our succulents go through quarantine and health checks in our lab after arriving from farms. We only ship strong, healthy plants ready to thrive.
How long does delivery take?
We usually ship orders from Monday to Wednesday. Delivery typically arrives between Wednesday and Friday of the same week.
