Yes. Shipments containing live plants are carefully insulated. However, in the event of extreme freezing temperatures, we may delay dispatch by a few days to guarantee the plant's health.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been handed over to the carrier (Hermes/Zásilkovna), email us at nm@doslow.eu and we will gladly update your address.

We pack with respect for plants and time. Every DOSLOW ritual set is dispatched in 100% plastic-free packaging, carefully secured to ensure the ceramics and succulent arrive safely. To prevent living plants from spending the weekend in transit, we do not dispatch orders on Fridays.
